1. The Booking
Your contract is with bestvaluetrip.com. We have a contract when we confirm you on our tour of your choice and receive your signed booking form and deposits. All relevant sections must be correctly and completely filled out. We can only accept signed booking forms because they confirm that you and the other tour participants accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.

2. Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the tour cost per person must be paid to the company upon completion of the signed booking form.

3. Payment
All payments to bestvaluetrip.com can be done in cash, by check, demand draft, credit card, or electronic money transfer. If you pay by credit card, you will be charged a 3% surcharge, which will be added to the cost of your invoice. If you book within 10 working days of the tour's departure date, the entire money is due immediately.

4. Balance
Once the completed booking form and deposit have been received, an invoice will be provided along with a receipt for any payments that have already been made. The remaining payment must be made 30 days before the tour's departure. Any booking made within 15 working days of the tour departure is considered late and requires full and final payment at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance within the set time frame will result in the cancellation of the booking, as well as the payment of a cancellation fee, as detailed below.

5. If you cancel your Holiday
If you or any member of your party decides to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing; in any case, the date of cancellation will be the day notification is received in bestvaluetrip.com's Tours Department. The individual who signed the booking form must also sign the cancellation letter. Because the hotel incurs administrative costs and retention fees, cancellation fees will be assessed on the following scale:

6. If you change your booking
If you want to amend your travel arrangements for your chosen departure date or accommodation after your confirmation invoice has been issued, we will try our best to accommodate you, but it may not always be possible.

7. Liability
The company does not own or control the hotels, coaches, or other tour facilities mentioned. As a result, we cannot be held liable as the tour operator.

a) In the absence of any fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
b) Where the faults in contract performance are attributable to the customer.
c) Where the faults are unforeseeable or unavoidable and are attributable to a third party unrelated to the provision of the holiday.
d) Failures that are the result of extraordinary and unanticipated events outside your control.
g) Where the failures are the result of an event that you or your supplier could not anticipate or predict even with all due caution.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the organisation maintains standards and provides an appropriate service to passengers. The information on this website has been compiled with reasonable care, is correct to the best of the company's knowledge, and is provided in good faith.

8. Complaints
We do our best to provide travellers travelling on any of our holidays with a pleasurable and trouble-free vacation, but plans do occasionally go awry. If you have a complaint, please notify your bestvaluetrip.com Travel Manager, who will do everything necessary to fix the issue as soon as possible. If the matter is not rectified to your satisfaction, you must report the company in writing within 28 days after the tour's conclusion. If you do not write to us within this time frame, the investigation and resolution of the complaint will be hampered. Any conflicts between clients and bestvaluetrip.com will be resolved in India.

9. Passports & Visas
To travel to India from another country, save for citizens of Nepal and Bhutan, a valid passport and visa are required. Furthermore, the cost of passport and visa processing is not included in the package price.

10. Health
Anyone with a contagious disease is not permitted to go; anyone caught with such a disease during the tour will be asked to leave and must make their own arrangements to return home.

11. Early Check-in / Late Check –out
Please keep in mind that the normal check-in/check-out time at decent hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). As a result, the cost of early or late check-in is not included in the trip price. We can always request early check-in or late checkout if needed, but we cannot guarantee it because it is entirely dependent on the hotel's policy, time of year, and availability of the room.

12. Extra Uses of our Vehicle
Please keep in mind that the cost of the vehicle (cars or buses with drivers) is not included in the trip cost, such as: - Use of vehicle after transfer or after sightseeing untill or until specified in the itinerary.

13. Rights to amend the itinerary if required
Once the tour begins, it will closely adhere to the itinerary that has been set. In the event of events or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to amend all or part of the itinerary for the safety and well-being of our valued passengers.

14. Surcharge
The cost of your travel arrangements may be subject to fees in the event of a sudden increase in fuel prices, scheduled airfare, or government taxes. Even in this instance, we will endeavour to absorb 2%; any amount beyond 2% will be surcharged.

15. Our Liability
bestvaluetrip.com accepts obligation to clients for the carelessness of our agents, which includes our staff, for those arrangements for your holiday that are entirely within our control. However, we would like to call your attention to the following conditions, which are beyond our direct control or for which we are unwilling to take liability.
In no event shall the Company be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft, however caused;
Any act, omission, or default of any independent contractor or other person, or any servant or agents employed by them, who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility, or service for the client or any individual going with him, regardless of how caused. bestvaluetrip.com cannot accept liability for commercial arrangements beyond our control, such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reasons for threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, extreme weather conditions, airport and sea port closures, and similar events beyond our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
